Fran Yeddis

Over 30 years ago, Fran transferred her passion of teaching into selling real estate. Utilizing the same skills that made her an outstanding teacher, she has become an outstanding realtor - the ability to listen, communicate, and pay attention to details. Fran believes her job is to give both Buyers and Sellers the education and knowledge needed for them to make the right decision. Fran has written programs and training manuals for new realtors, taught classes, and created a mentor program to assist realtors to “Jump Start” their business. In addition to her busy real estate career, Fran has been an active volunteer in many local and national non-profit organizations. Her major work with non-profits has been in the marketing arena where her team won national awards for best and fastest-selling local cookbooks. Fran was named sustainer of the year for her role as the adviser to Junior League of Denver’s cookbook.

One of Fran’s passions is working with relocation companies and individuals. Moving to a new city is full of choices and decisions. By first exploring neighborhoods and then houses, Fran strives to help Buyers find a home that meets their needs in every way. For many, she is their first contact in the Denver area and is much more than just their realtor. Fran helps with all aspects of relocation - from schools and neighborhoods to doctors and dry cleaners! The greatest accolade to her success comes from past clients who are often repeat clients, as well as from their referrals, which account for almost 100% of her business.
